How I Helped My Client Save 15 Hours Per Week

100-150 inquiries. That’s how many inquiries my client was receiving in her business PER WEEK as a wedding cake designer! Think about that for a minute… if it takes her even 3 minutes to respond to each new lead, getting 100 leads in a week equates to over 5 hours of emails!

And that’s just responding to the first inquiry from a new bride – not to mention responding to subsequent emails, answering questions, scheduling appointments, sending invoices and contract, PLUS everything that happens after you get the booking. 🤯

How I helped

My client needed my signature program, a Full Setup of her Dubsado account, so she could take advantage of the organization and automation Dubsado allows.

We started with a Process Mapping Meeting where she walked me through her entire client journey, from the first email from a new bride, to scheduling a tasting, to quoting and design, to sending the contract and invoice, to booking in a new client, to prepping for wedding day, and beyond.

As I translate the client journey into workflow steps in Dubsado, I’m also looking for opportunities to streamline the process even further.

For example: reducing choice so you don’t add to a bride’s decision fatigue, or building in extra follow ups and touch points to reassure your client they’re in good hands.

By the end of our Process Mapping Meeting, I have every step of the workflow planned and beautifully documented. Plus, a Content Directory detailing every piece of content (90+ assets!) that need to be created to make this new automated client journey a reality.
